Your communication skills play a critical role in your engineering career success. However, with all of the different forms of communication today, it can be a challenge to consistently communicate effectively, yet failure to do so can be catastrophic to your career and life overall. Especially important is your ability to communicate and collaborate with groups of people as engineers and technical professionals consistently work on teams. This course explains the different methods of communication, how improved communication and collaboration can have a beneficial effect on your team, and various strategies you can implement to improve how you communicate and collaborate with each other.
